90 day weight loss challenge

I am doing a 90 weight loss challenge with creative bioscience. I am doing 60 days of the 30 day diet and 30 days of the 30 night diet. It combines clinically supported herbal extracts such as Lychee Fruit Extract, African Mango, and Raspberry Ketones for weight loss, increased energy, and greater appetite control.  The two products that I have chosen are to be used together or separate. http://www.creativebioscience.com/30-day-diet.html. The day one I chose to see if I can’t get the fact that I do not want to eat as much and the night one due to the face that it works while you are sleeping. http://www.creativebioscience.com/30-Night-Diet.html . I am hoping to loose at least 150 pounds. I know it will not be in the 90 days but it will be a great start.

I have chosen to work on weight loss since I have 3 beautiful kids. I want to get healthy for not only myself but for them. They mean the world to me and with the two older ones having ADHD I need all the energy I can get. I have a 1 year old who loves to run as well. He is a very active baby who hates to actually sit or be cuddled. This is going to help me a lot and I hope this is the start to a better life a healthier life. I will keep you all posted and up to date with how the weight loss is doing. Wish me luck to loosing weight.
